Notes and comments on drafts
Comments are private notes attached to a draft. They never publish — they're only visible to your workspace.
Adding a comment
In the composer, open the Comments panel on the right. Type your message and submit. Mention a teammate with @name to notify them.
Comments are attached to the post as a whole, not to a specific channel's caption. If you want to flag a specific channel's caption, mention it in the comment text.
Notifications
Mentioned users get an email and in-app notification with a link straight to the draft. They can reply in the same thread.
Resolving comments
Mark a comment thread as resolved when the issue is addressed. Resolved threads collapse but stay in the history.
Comments vs approval feedback
Two related but distinct surfaces:
- Comments — informal back-and-forth during writing.
- Approval feedback — formal "request changes" that bounces the post back to the author with required fixes.
You can use both: leave casual comments during drafting, then submit for approval when ready.
