Switching between workspaces

You can be a member of multiple workspaces with the same Schedulin login. Agencies, contractors, and anyone managing multiple brands typically have several.

The workspace switcher

Click your avatar in the sidebar → Switch workspace. Pick the workspace you want.

The switcher remembers your last-active workspace per device. When you sign in, you land back where you were.

Creating a new workspace

In the switcher, click Create workspace. New workspaces start with no channels, no team members, and a fresh subscription decision. You're the Owner.

Joining another workspace

Someone with Admin or Owner access in that workspace must invite you (see Inviting users). Accept the email invite and the workspace appears in your switcher.

Per-workspace settings

Each workspace has independent:

  • Channels (a social account belongs to exactly one workspace)
  • Team members and roles
  • Billing and plan
  • Posting schedules and timezone
  • Brand kit, templates, and tags

Per-user settings

Settings that follow you across all workspaces:

  • Your name, avatar, and email
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Notification preferences (these are per-workspace toggleable but the underlying address is shared)
