Agency workflow

If you're an agency managing several clients, each client belongs in their own workspace. This keeps channels, billing, and analytics separated, and makes hand-offs clean.

Recommended structure

  • One workspace per client. Don't pool clients into a single workspace — billing, analytics, and permissions get tangled.
  • Client pays for their own subscription (recommended). They own the workspace, you're added as an Admin or Editor. When you part ways, they keep the data.
  • Agency-paid model (alternative). You own the workspace and grant the client Viewer access. Simpler billing but messier hand-off.

Switching between clients

Use the workspace switcher (see Switching between workspaces).

Hand-offs

When you stop working with a client:

  1. If the client owns the workspace: they remove your access in Settings → Team. You lose access immediately.
  2. If you own the workspace: transfer ownership to the client (they need a Schedulin account first), then remove yourself.

Channels stay attached to the workspace — there's no token transfer needed. The client just keeps using them.

Reporting

Use PDF or CSV exports to share analytics with clients. See Exporting reports for setup.

Billing across clients

Each workspace has its own subscription. If you want one invoice for all your client workspaces, contact support for a consolidated billing arrangement.
