Duplicating posts
Duplicating a post creates a new draft with everything copied — caption, channels, media, tags — except the scheduled time. Useful when you want to re-share an evergreen post or build on a successful one.
How to duplicate
From any post (scheduled, draft, or published), click the ⋯ menu → Duplicate. A new draft opens in the composer.
Edit anything you want, then schedule or queue.
Duplicating across channels
If the original was a multi-channel post, the duplicate keeps all selected channels and their per-channel caption customizations. Deselect channels in the new composer if you only want to re-publish to some.
Bulk duplicate
In the Sent tab, select multiple posts and click Duplicate selected. Schedulin creates a batch of drafts you can then schedule individually or queue together.
Duplicate from analytics
In the analytics report, hover any post row and click Duplicate. This is the easiest way to re-share a top-performing post — open the analytics view, find the winner, duplicate, and queue.
