Calendar view
The calendar shows every scheduled, queued, and published post across your channels in one place. It's the fastest way to spot gaps, double-bookings, or quiet days.
Switching views
Toggle between:
- Week — best for day-to-day planning
- Month — best for campaign-level overviews
- Channel — groups posts by channel down the left
Filtering
Use the channel chips at the top to hide or show specific channels. Useful when one channel posts much more frequently than the rest.
You can also filter by:
- Status — Scheduled, Draft, Published, Failed
- Author — for team workspaces
- Tag — if you tag your posts (e.g. "campaign:summer")
Drag to reschedule
Drag any scheduled post to a different day or time slot. The post updates immediately. Drag from an existing slot to "queue" to convert it back into a queued post.
You can't drag published posts — they're locked.
Creating from the calendar
Click any empty slot to open the composer with that date/time pre-filled. Useful for filling planned gaps.
