Creating AI UGC video ads

AI UGC turns a short brief into a vertical, user-generated-content-style video ad: a presenter talking to camera about a problem and your product. Schedulin writes the script, generates the presenter, voices it, adds b-roll and captions, and renders the video.

You'll find it under Create → UGC.

1. Write the brief

Click New project and fill in:

  • Project title — for your own reference.
  • Product / brand and Audience — who the ad is for.
  • Hook goal — what the first few seconds should make the viewer feel.
  • Call to action — e.g. "Try AcmeCRM free for 14 days."
  • Website (optional), Language, and Notes for anything the script must mention or avoid.

Before writing, Schedulin searches the web for how real users talk about the problem, so the script uses their language.

2. Choose a tier

  • Draft — script, presenter, voice, b-roll, and captions, with the presenter still gently animated under the voiceover. It's the cheapest way to test many hooks.
  • Premium (lip-sync) — adds full Kling AI Avatar lip-sync. Choose Standard or Pro quality. The form shows the most the lip-sync can cost; the final charge is metered on the video's actual length.

You can promote any finished Draft to Premium later with Promote to lip-sync. The script, presenter, voice, and b-roll are reused.

3. Pick a presenter and voice

  • New actor generates a fresh presenter in the Actor scene you describe, such as "sitting at their desk at home".
  • To keep the same face across a campaign, save a presenter as an avatar under Manage avatars, then pick it in future briefs.
  • Choose one of six voices, or leave Voice on Auto.
  • Turn Include B-roll off for a pure talking-head video.

4. Generate

Click Create & generate script. The project page shows each stage as it runs: script, presenter, voice, lip-sync (Premium only), b-roll, and the final cut. Videos are 20–25 seconds and render at 1080×1920.

5. Use the video

When the video is finished:

  • Use in post saves a copy to your media library and opens the composer with the video attached, ready to schedule.
  • Download saves the MP4.

Credits

AI UGC is paid for with AI credits. Credits are reserved when you create the project and trued-up after the lip-sync video renders. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically. See AI credits explained.
