Update your payment method
Adding a new card
- Settings → Billing → Payment methods.
- Click Add payment method.
- Enter card details. We use Stripe for processing — your card never touches Schedulin's servers.
- Optionally mark the new card as default.
Removing an old card
After adding a new default, click Remove on the old card. You can't remove the only payment method on file — add a new one first.
Updating the billing address
Under Settings → Billing → Billing details. The address on file is used for invoicing and tax calculation (VAT, sales tax).
Card declined
If a charge is declined, we retry over the next 7 days and email you each time. After three failed retries, the subscription enters a grace period — channels keep working but you'll see a billing banner.
After the grace period, channels are paused until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted; once you update the card, everything resumes.
