Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then.
How to cancel
- Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Optionally tell us why (helps us improve, not required).
- Confirm.
You'll see a confirmation email and the billing page will show the end date of your access.
Before the end date
Nothing changes. You can still publish, schedule, and use every paid feature.
After the end date
- Your workspace stays. Channels, posts, and analytics history are preserved.
- Publishing and scheduling are paused — queued posts will not fire until you re-subscribe.
- Features above the free tier (AI credits, approvals, advanced analytics) are turned off.
Re-subscribing
If you re-subscribe at any point, everything resumes from where it left off. Queued posts that missed their slots while cancelled stay queued — they don't auto-back-fire.
Deleting your account entirely

Refunds
We don't pro-rate refunds on cancellation — you keep the time you've already paid for. For exceptional circumstances (accidental renewal, unused annual plan), contact support and we'll review case by case.
