Manage your subscription

All subscription management lives under Settings → Billing. You need the Owner role to make changes.

Upgrading

  1. Settings → Billing → Change plan.
  2. Pick the new plan.
  3. Confirm the proration. We charge the prorated difference immediately and your renewal date shifts to keep you on a clean monthly/annual cycle.

The new plan's features unlock right away.

Downgrading

  1. Settings → Billing → Change plan.
  2. Pick a lower plan.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep current features until then, no refund for unused time.

If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits at the end of the period:

  • Extra channels above the limit are paused (not deleted).
  • Extra team seats above the limit lose access (in order of last activity).

Monthly vs annual

Annual billing is ~20% cheaper than monthly. Switch under Settings → Billing → Billing cycle. Switching mid-cycle credits unused time toward the new cycle.

Pausing a subscription

We don't currently support pausing. If you need to step away, downgrade to the free trial limit or cancel and re-subscribe later.
