Analytics overview
The Analytics tab pulls metrics from every connected channel into one place. You can see how individual posts performed, how channels are growing, and which content is driving engagement.
Where the data comes from
Schedulin pulls metrics from each network's API on a schedule:
- Recent posts — refreshed every few hours for the first 7 days after publishing.
- Older posts — refreshed daily for 30 days, then weekly.
- Channel-level stats (followers, impressions) — refreshed daily.
When you first connect a channel, we backfill the last 30 days of posts so you have a baseline immediately.
Top-level views
- Overview — high-level KPIs across all channels: total posts, reach, engagement rate.
- By channel — drill into a single channel for its full metric set.
- By post — sort all posts by any metric (engagement rate, reach, likes, comments).
- Audience — follower count over time, demographics where the network provides them.
Date ranges
Default is last 30 days. Switch to 7d, 90d, or a custom range from the date picker. Date ranges apply across all views.
Comparing periods
Click Compare to overlay the prior period. For "last 30 days," compare shows the 30 days before that. Each chart adds a dashed line for the comparison series.
