Tracking deliverables

A deliverable is the asset (image, video, raw UGC clip) the creator returns against a brief. Each deliverable belongs to one brief and can optionally link to a Schedulin post.

Recording a deliverable

From the brief, add the asset URL (R2 / S3 / Drive link) and any notes. The deliveredAt timestamp is set automatically.

Linking to a post

When you eventually schedule a post that uses the deliverable, link them so analytics flow back to the creator.

You can do this in two places:

  1. Post composer — pick the creator and brief from the "Source" panel before scheduling. Schedulin stamps the resulting posts.id onto the deliverable.
  2. Deliverables tab — open the brief and use the "Link to post" action to pick from existing scheduled or published posts in your org.

Why linking matters

The Creator CRM's per-creator performance summary joins creatorDeliverables.linkedPostId → posts → post analytics. Without the link, you can still track briefs and payments, but you'll lose the loop between spend and performance.
