Creator CRM overview
The Creator CRM is a lightweight relationship manager for influencer, UGC, and ambassador partnerships. It lives inside Schedulin so your briefs, delivered assets, and payments stay tied to the posts that actually went out the door.
Concepts
- Creator — a person you collaborate with. Each creator is scoped to one social handle/platform pair (e.g.
@jane.doeon Instagram). - Brief — a single piece of work you've asked a creator to deliver. Briefs have a deliverable type (POST/REEL/STORY/UGC_RAW/REVIEW), usage rights, optional compensation, and a status workflow.
- Deliverable — the actual asset a creator hands back. A deliverable can be linked to a scheduled or published Schedulin post for attribution.
- Payment — money owed or paid to a creator. Optionally tied to a specific brief.
Status workflow for briefs
DRAFT → SENT → ACCEPTED → IN_PROGRESS → DELIVERED → APPROVED (or REJECTED).
You drive transitions from the creator detail page. Sending a brief stamps sentAt so you can sort by recency.
Adding a creator
Go to Creators in the sidebar.
- Type the handle and pick the platform.
- Click Add creator.
- Open the creator from the list to add briefs, deliverables, and notes.
Attribution
When a creator delivers an asset that becomes a scheduled post, link the deliverable to the post via the post composer's "Creator" picker (or from the deliverables tab). After publish, the post's analytics flow up to the creator's "Paid to date / engagement to date" header, giving you per-creator ROAS at a glance.
