Install and sign in to the mobile app
Schedulin's mobile app lets you schedule, approve, and (for Instagram notification-publishing) complete posts on the go.
Install
- iOS — search "Schedulin" on the App Store.
- Android — search "Schedulin" on Google Play.
Sign in
Open the app and tap Sign in. Use the same email/Google account as the web app.
If you have multiple workspaces, the app uses the same default workspace as the web. Switch from the sidebar.
Notifications
On first run, the app asks for permission to send push notifications. Allow is required for:
- Instagram notification publishing
- Approval requests
- Mentions on drafts
- Channel-needs-refresh alerts
You can fine-tune which categories notify under Settings → Notifications in the app.
What you can do in the app
- View the calendar and queue
- Create and edit drafts
- Approve pending posts
- Complete Instagram notification publishing
- See basic analytics
Some advanced features (bulk upload, faceless videos, clipping) are web-only.
