Scheduling on mobile
The mobile composer covers everything most users need on the go — write, attach media, schedule, edit.
Creating a post
- Tap the + button.
- Pick channels.
- Write the caption. Per-channel customization is available by swiping the channel tabs.
- Attach media from your camera roll, take a new photo/video, or pick from Google Drive.
- Schedule or add to queue.
Share sheet
You can also send media to Schedulin from anywhere else on your phone:
- iOS — in any app, share → Schedulin.
- Android — share → Schedulin.
The composer opens with the media attached. Add a caption, pick channels, and schedule.
Editing scheduled posts
Tap any post in the calendar or queue to open and edit. You can change caption, swap media, reschedule, or delete.
If the post is already in the publishing window (less than 5 minutes before its slot), edits are locked to avoid race conditions.
Push notifications for IG publishing
For Instagram notification publishing, the app gets a push at the scheduled time. Tap it to complete the upload in the Instagram app.
Drafts and ideas
Both surfaces are available on mobile under Drafts in the sidebar. Useful for capturing ideas on the train, then finishing in the web composer later.
