Login issues

If you can't sign in, almost every cause falls into one of a few buckets.

"Invalid email or password"

  • Double-check the email — Schedulin accounts are case-insensitive on email but exact on password.
  • Use Forgot password to reset. The reset email arrives within a minute; check spam if not.
  • If you signed up with Google or another OAuth provider, you don't have a password — click Continue with Google instead.

"Account not found"

You may have signed up with a different email. Common cases:

  • A + alias (you+work@gmail.com).
  • A Google account vs a plain-email account with the same address (these are stored separately).
  • A different domain you no longer use.

Try Forgot password with each candidate — the email only sends if an account exists.

OAuth sign-in (Google) fails

  • Make sure you're using the correct Google account if you're signed into several.
  • Browser extensions (especially privacy ones) can strip the redirect. Try in an incognito window.

"Your session has expired"

  • Sessions last 30 days. Just sign back in.
  • If this keeps happening every few minutes, your browser may be blocking cookies. Allow third-party cookies for schedulin.app.
