Email notifications

Manage which events trigger an email under Settings → Profile → Notifications.

Notification categories

Toggle any category individually.

Per-workspace control

If you belong to multiple workspaces, you can mute notifications from a specific workspace without affecting the others. Open the workspace switcher → click the workspace's gear → Mute notifications.

Unsubscribing from a single category

Every notification email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. This unsubscribes you from that category across all workspaces.

Critical emails

Some emails can't be turned off:

  • Payment failures (so you don't lose channels)
  • Security events (password change, new device sign-in)
  • Account deletion confirmations
