Zapier
Zapier connects Schedulin to other tools without writing code. Use it to automate post creation, notifications, and reporting workflows.
Triggers (Schedulin → Zapier)
What can start a Zap:
- New scheduled post — a post was just scheduled.
- Post published — a post went live.
- Post failed — a post failed to publish.
- Channel needs refresh — a channel token expired.
Actions (Zapier → Schedulin)
What Zapier can do in Schedulin:
- Create draft — from any incoming data.
- Schedule post — directly to the queue or a specific time.
- Add idea — append to the Ideas board.
Common Zaps
- Google Sheets row → Schedulin post. Maintain a content calendar in Sheets; each row publishes automatically.
- RSS feed → Schedulin post. Auto-share new blog posts.
- Notion page → Schedulin draft. Edit in Notion, draft appears in Schedulin for review.
- Schedulin post published → Slack message. Tell the team when posts go live.
Connecting
- In Zapier, search for "Schedulin" and click Connect.
- Sign in to Schedulin and approve the workspace access.
- Pick the workspace you want Zapier to use.
For per-channel scoping, use Zapier's filters — Schedulin returns the channel on each trigger so you can branch on it.
